Project Description

In March 2019, we launched a rewards program for our professional customers in 10 markets across the Southwest. In the first 9 months, we grew the membership base to over 500 members.

The program was launched to increase hardlines sales to professional customers. In the first year, we grew hardline sales to pros by $1.2 million.

This project included logo design and branding, print collateral, and a website landing page, along with strategic links throughout foxgal.com to lead customers to the signup page. We ran a launch campaign to push signups online and in-person through our stores and sales team.
